treat yourself

The past 2 years have been an "all me" and about making myself happy. Relaxing, hanging out with friends on weekends, giving time for myself to think and unwind whenever I want - no stopping! Well, things slightly changed and couldn't decide if these were good or destructive. 'Been very busy with work. Going home to the province almost every weekend for the past 8 months to give sometime to my boyfriend. Changes in financial statements because of travel. I've been telling myself to still enjoy a midst these challenges. 


I have these personal action plans and looks like it is working. :) 

1. Cheat on your diet once a week - 'been on a diet but I always have a cheat day so I can eat everything I want. That way I don't feel deprived. 
2. Buy yourself that thing you want.  you deserve it!
3. Have a cheap massage. (150.00 an hour)  It works!
4. Stay away from the computer for hours in a day. 
5. Exercise.
