after everything, we made it through

October has been very disastrous here in Cebu especially in my hometown, Bohol. The 2^nd week of October brought an 8.2 magnitude earthquake and now the super typhoon Haiyan (local name Yolanda) has just passed. Bohol was in total blackout. Good thing the situation here in Cebu is starting to get normal after the electricity and water supply has been cut off due to the super typhoon.  Even though the typhoon was about to strike, people in BPO industries are still bound to give service, and that includes me.  Well, we are super humans – storm proof!  A salute to call center agents and to all people working in BPO companies!

After everything, this news from CNN made my day! ^_^
